· GD (40 marks, 30 min.): Socio Economic and Political topic
Interview (around 30-50 min.): 7 people panel
· Test on creative thinking
68 Q’s, subjective in nature
· Round 1 : GD’s (normally Business and Economy)
· Round 2 : Case study (2 or 3 in 10 min. interval)
Round 3 : Essay’s or Psychological test
Candidates are eliminated after the above process
Round 4 : Interviews
Note: In the past, they even used to have GD’s on Army situations

Round 2 & 3: Normal Interview
Elimination happens at every stage

· XLRI : No GD
· Welingkar’s : Management Games???
ICFAI : Paper Presentation
